Known Issues (GPs)

Here is our current list of known issues and feature requests for GP systems.

1	Issue/CR	Best Practice, Genie	After sending an eReferral, Best Practice does not store the referral transmission as a visit action, so there’s no clear indication a referral was sent in the patient’s notes (though the actual sent referral is sent in the HealthLink forms module). Medical Director does store an action.
3	CR	All	When the LHD clinic provides an electronic status update to the GP, the sender is the LHD user logged in and managing the eReferral status, rather than the actual clinic. This makes it hard for the GP to quickly ascertain who the message is from.
