- Contact the project team
- Log a support ticket (existing users) for issues, changes to your user account etc
- Refer/invite someone to be added to the system – GPs use this to invite anyone
- Request access for an LHD staff member (for LHD managers and staff members)
- Private Providers (allied health, specialists, pharmacy etc): have myself added to the platform
- Reset my password: simply email us with your username and email address orion [at] ncahs.health.nsw.gov.au or use this form.
