As Orion is not a critical clinical system, Orion Shared Care Tool Support is provided on an 8x5xNBD (Next Business Day) basis.
That is, support is provided during business hours (8AM-5PM on business days in NSW).
Please log a support ticket below. We aim to respond same day.
If you are at a GP practice, you can call your PHN GP Support Officer, but your best bet is to log a ticket below for more speedy responses.
